You delete it yourself, in a minute, inside the app. Open Kansas → Settings →
Delete account → confirm. Nothing waits for review.
What is deleted
- The login (Firebase Authentication) and the profile (name, email).
- Transactions, accounts, cards, budgets, goals and alerts.
- The chats with Kansas and its memory.
- The files you uploaded — PDF and OFX/CSV statements and invoices, and receipt photos.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We keep no copy.
What still exists
- The subscription purchase record stays with Google Play, which processes the payment. To
cancel the subscription: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Without the app installed
Email fabiokansas@gmail.com
from the account's own address, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it and
confirm by email within 30 days.
